1 Preparing
Use the Signature Glass Nail File in a gentle back and forth movement with the textured side of the file.
2 Layering
Apply one coat of Mellow the Yellow to clean, dry, bare nails. For a more opaque look, layer 2-3 coats onto nails to enhance the pigment.
3 Top Coating
Apply one coat of Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat over Mellow the Yellow and let dry.
4 Extra treatment
