Apply one coat of Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat to clean and dry nails.
2 Layering
Apply one coat of nail lacquer to clean, dry nails. Let dry. Apply second coat. Shake well and apply one coat of Hardwear Matte over your favourite butter LONDON nail lacquer. For best results, apply a thin layer in as few strokes as possible for a smooth, velvet look! Reapply as necessary for desired matte look
